Renting general conditions Mobil home and caravan

- The reserved Mobile home, chalet or caravan will be made available to you on fisrt day of your arrival at 15:00 and shall released clean on the day of your departure before 10:00.
- 70€ by cash will be requested from you upon arrivals as the housework guarantee. The tenant is responsible for cleaning rented facilities upon departure. Facilities shall be returned in perfect state of cleanliness, inside as well as in immediate surroundings. If this was not the case, a 70€ cleaning retention charge would be deducted from deposit.

- 230€ by cash deposit for all renting reservation, to be reimbursed in full, except deductions due to equipment damages and possible missing items. Outside regular office hours, the inventory and statement of state of repair will be done by the manager and refund of deposit sent by mail

- Locations are planned for the number of people stipulated in the notice board. More of this number, an extra of 35€ per week per person additional is applicable. For the week-end's fixes prices, an extra of 7,50€ per nicht and per person is applicable. The week-ends can begin at any time day of the week.

- Our prices bo not include tourist tax.
- Pet: 2,50€ per day, vaccination record book required (we just accept one animal per renting and it will never be alone in the renting).
- One vehicle by renting (additional vehicle : 3,00€ per day).
