General terms of rent
- The rented camping pitch will be available from 3 pm on the day you arrive and must be vacated in a clean state on the day you leave before midday.
- Upon arrival, a warranty deposit of 40€ will be asked of you for the use of a badge allowing you to access the site (automatic barrier at the entrance). This deposit will be handed back to you when you leave, in exchange for the badge.
- In case of cancellation for a serious cause, please inform us in writing as soon as possible, and at the latest 30 days prior to your arrival date. If not, we will not refund the down payment.
- Bookings will only be valid after written confirmation by the campsite management and the receipt of the requested down payment.
- Late arrivals: costs must be paid from the first booking day. After 24 hrs, the rent will be cancelled.
- Visitors who do not register at the reception will automatically be charged for on the invoice of the receiving camping guest.
General terms of rent of a mobile home
- The booked mobile home, chalet or caravan will be available from 4 pm on the day you arrive and must be vacated in a clean state on the day you leave, between 8 am and 10 pm.
- The cleaning of the rental accommodation must be done by the tenant. Upon arrival, a warranty deposit of 70€ will be asked of you for the cleaning. At the end of your stay, the rental must be vacated in a perfectly clean state inside and out. If this is not the case, the warranty deposit of 70€ for the cleaning will be kept by the campsite.
- For all rentals, a warranty deposit of 230€ will be asked. This amount will be refunded after a final check-up, and subject to any damage or missing items. Outside the reception opening hours, the inventory will be done by the campsite staff and the warranty deposit sent back by post.
- Rental accommodations are suitable for the number of persons indicated. If this number is exceeded, with agreement of the direction, a supplement of 70.00€/week and per extra person is applicable. For weekends: a supplement of 10,00€ per night and per extra person is applicable. Weekends can start any day of the week.
- Our tariffs do not include the tourist tax.
- The fee for a pet is of 3,20€ /day. We only accept one pet per rental accommodation (vaccination booklet compulsory, pet kept on a lead and must never be left alone).
- Extra vehicle per rental accommodation: 4,00€/day.
Conformément aux dispositions de l'article L 1612-1 du code de la consommation, tout client du tarrein de camping à le droit de recourir gratuitement à un médiateur de la consommation en vue de la résolution amiable d'un litige qui l'opposerait à l'exploitant du terrain.
